Most of what I ship is a Phoenix LiveView app talking to something real: a GPU box, a router, a voice model, a rack in the next room. I'd rather run the whole stack than mock any layer of it.

This site is the same idea. It's LiveView served off my infrastructure, and the prompt on the tty talks to airo — the same gateway my other apps use. When it answers, that's my hardware answering. When the light in the corner is green, it's green because a health check said so.

Nothing here is a demo; it's the stack, speaking for itself.
